Bespoke Package £1,500 to £3,000

Redesigning your entire home is a big task to undertake and with the overloading of inspiration imagery online, it’s hard not to become overwhelmed. This service is perfect if you are looking to update your home, have bought a new home or need help with a large renovation project, but you aren’t sure what will look good and how you’re going to make it all work together throughout your home. This is a full interior design service which means I will help you every step of the way from start to finish to help you create your dream home.

This Package includes:

• Welcome Pack and Client Questionnaire
• 90 minute Consultation
• Site Survey and existing plans drawn up
• Concept design board
• Design document with initial main ideas, designs and details
• 2D Layout options with furniture to scale
• Space Planning
• How to repurpose/reuse your existing furniture and items
• Colour schemes for each space, detailed designs and photo realistic 3D visualisation renders of the space, material and mood boards
• Lighting design, electrical plan & specification for each space
• A schedule/shopping list with links to companies for furniture and items that are within budget
• Soft furnishing and styling items options
• Styling Guide on how to style your space
• 3D Render visuals of your designs
• Installation guide
• Window treatments with links to companies and exact products
• 2x Design Revisions
• Design presentation
• Additional extra: Project Management (to be agreed at an additional cost)
• Further Design Revisions to be provided at an additional cost of £100

The price for this service is agreed depending on room sizes. If you require more work and time from me to help you with your project, additional hourly rates will be applied.

For the Bespoke and Bespoke Plus packages, the following add on services may be provided at an additional cost:

• Elevations and Detail Designs for joinery requirements (£200)
• On Site Styling (£150)
• Bespoke pattern design for wallpaper or cushion covers (£350)
• Hand painted mural (Prices from £500 per room)
